15th Anniversary of the rSFP
Since 2007, the Rome Sustainable Food Project has provided the AAR community with seasonal, nutritious, and delicious food that nourishes scholarship, creativity, and conviviality. This year, we celebrate the 15th anniversary of this project, which has revolutionized community life at the Academy and reinvigorated the cross pollination of ideas around the communal dining table. We toast not only the remarkable chefs, interns, ingredients, Roman culinary traditions, and sustainable practices that make our food program so special. We also celebrate the vibrancy that the RSFP has brought to intellectual and artistic partnerships at the Academy.
